Customer cannot cancel the order after placing the order. Cancellation of a product is only possible if your ordered product has not been shipped from our third party. In such a case, you have to contact our customer care service with your order ID and your information. If your product has not been shipped from our end then we will immediately credit your amount directly to your bank. In case of placing an order via telephone, the same process is applicable as that of online service. However, Lippia Foods has an authority to cancel your order and restrain you from placing an order in future if we found some fraudulent activity used while placing any order.
