1. What is your return policy?
Lippia Foods believe in customer satisfaction and the quality of the food. Our products are tested twice before shipping to our customers. However, if in any case, you are not satisfied with our product, we will provide a full refund of the product and a gift card which you can later use for shopping from Lippia Foods. Your feedback and satisfaction are very important to us. In such a case, you can contact us at our working hours or you can mail us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer care will get in touch with you. It may be possible that we might ask you to ship that order for quality testing to serve you better in the future. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping charge to return the goods. For return policy outside India, please contact us at our toll-free number or mail us at email@example.com.
2. When will I receive a refund for my returned products?
All refund will be made on the payment method used for making the original purchase. Once we receive your returned order and email regarding return item(s), we will issue your credit and send you an email and text confirmation. Your refund will reflect into your account within 5-7 working days.
3. How do I exchange an item?
In order to exchange order, you need to follow the steps described above. We will refund your debited amount back to your account. You must place a new order for the replacements you would like.
Note: Exchange policy is only applicable for products like millets, cookies, powders. Other products do not fit into this category. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused from our end.
