· Order once placed through Lippia Foods may not be canceled or refund.

· Expected time of delivery depends upon the area of your location. It usually takes 5-7 days to deliver your product in India. It may take 15-20 days to deliver your product overseas. Lippia Foods are not responsible for any delay or not delivery of goods. In such a case, you can reach to our customer care at our working hours 9 am to 9 pm.

· In case if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the products, the customer is not liable for cancellation and refund of the billed amount. However, if a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product, customer can reach us via mail or at our tollfree number. In case of any damage or leakage of the product, the customer shall return the product immediately at the time of delivery to the delivery boy. In such a case, the customer must write a complain and attach the invoice with their signature and delivery person signature on the complaint. Moreover, the customer must inform the damage or leakage issue to customer service within 24 hours. Lippia Foods will investigate such matter received and inform the customer within 7 days after the commencement of the investigation. The decision of Lippia Foods will be final after investigating the issue and customer cannot raise any issue on that decision.

· After confirming your refund on cancellation, Lippia Foods will reverse the payment back into your account. In case of cash on delivery service, our customer care will contact you for refunding your money back to your bank account. This refund may take 5-7 working days to reflect back to your bank account.
